Software Product Developer | Enterprise Systems Designer
Much of the important work in organisations still happens outside their main software, on paper, in spreadsheets or under rules that differ from one company to the next. For most of my career I have taken such work, found the part that many organisations share and built it into software as a configurable capability that keeps working after I leave.
Most of my job titles were in Enterprise Systems implementation, but what people outside my employers recognised, and what is still in use, is the product design I did inside those roles. Since 2025 I have been doing the same with two products of my own in London.

Procura
Procurement and supplier decision-support platform. Designed, built and owned by me. In use since May 2026 at a long-established Iranian cosmetics and personal-care manufacturer, and since July 2026 at a London wholesale food supplier.
HOP
Hotel operations platform. Designed, built and owned by me. In daily use at a central London hotel since August 2026 under a separate licence.
Transaction Commission (FANRP)
A configurable tender and committee capability I designed for FANAP's enterprise software in 2021. Live at Iranian Babak Copper in 2022 and used again at Marun Petrochemical in 2025.
What I Do
Design configurable capabilities
Rules, thresholds and workflows each customer sets for itself, instead of code written for each one.
Build and own products
Procura and HOP, from design and development to deployment and support.
Use data and AI where it helps
Natural-language reporting, price-anomaly detection and forecasting, chosen to fit the data a customer actually has.
